If you're new to yoga or feeling a little rusty then this beginners yoga course if for you.
The Clarity Therapy Centre and Holly Harman invite you to Pose, Breath, Hold .... Repeat!
Each week Holly will take you through the foundations of yoga. Focussing on breathing techniques, the 8 limbs of yoga, basic positions and good form.
We encourage you to partake in each lesson over the 4 week period. Afterwards you are welcome to join our regular beginners class on Saturday or any of the other Yoga classes on our schedule.
Each participant will receive a voucher towards their first class.
