Beginners Boost Workshop

Like us, our yoga practice is ever evolving but at times can feel stuck, stagnant, frustrating and slow. Join Holly for this 2.5hr workshop to learn proper alignment, safe adjustments and dive deeper into the principles of yoga. By the end of this workshop you will feel more confident in class and will feel comfortable to practice at home.

Ideal for complete beginners, yogis returning to their mat and for those to have participated in our 4 week beginners course.
