Holly currently teaches five regular open classes each week, monthly yoga, mindfulness and meditation courses as well as monthly workshops. Focusing on Hatha yoga and meditation, each class finds balance between strength and flexibility.
Attention to breath, mindful movement and yogic philosophy create a class for the whole self.
