Hi, I’m Kylee.

I’m a somatic IFS guide, creative, and embodied mentor based in Philadelphia. I support people to come home to their bodies, their intuition, and their truth through gentle, trauma-informed parts work, nervous system care, and ritual. Beginning this Fall, I will be returning to grad school to become a Clinical Therapist.

  • To know and to work with Kylee is to remember what is directly sacred about being human.

    ALEX HODGE

  • Kylee holds the most beautiful space, makes me feel fully understood, and takes me deeper within myself than I have ever gone before.

    SAM CICCONE

  • Working with Kylee is a gift. I’ve worked with many traditional therapists / coaches and have never felt such a sense of safety, support, and true presence from someone, as well as being led into the deepest layers of myself. Now I have a tool kit to work with myself on the parts that we’ve uncovered, regulate my nervous system, and move through the world with so much more ease, trust, and flow.
