Hi, I’m Kylee.

A person with a camera around their neck joyfully dancing on the side of a curving road with lush green trees and bushes in the background, and a small orange vehicle parked nearby.

I’m a somatic facilitator, IFS guide, and gentle disruptor of the ways we’re taught to live, especially the ways that pull us farther from our bodies, truth, and tenderness. I’ve lived enough life to know that beauty isn’t just what you curate on the outside, it’s what you cultivate inside your nervous system.

Much healing work unearthed itself out of sheer necessity. I came of age in a family marked by addiction, absence, and precocious responsibility. I learned very early how to be good, how to perform, and how to survive. Rather than “fixing/releasing/letting-go-of” these parts, I’ve sat vigil with them in the darkness and listened to their pain, stories, grief, and needs.

Blurred photo of people indoors, some are standing, others are crouching or sitting on the floor. The room appears to be a living space with a window and some furniture, and people seem to be engaging in playful or energetic activity.

I don’t believe in quick fixes, but I do carry an almost otherworldly faith in your capacity to meet yourself in places you once thought were too painful to ever look. When we do this together, something important begins to emerge: flowers where there was once barren soil, light where there was once darkness.

Through my 1:1 program Homecoming, along with ceremonies and retreats, I weave together Somatic IFS, nervous system awareness, ritual, and creative practice to help you reconnect with your body, intuition, and self-trust.

My presence is steady, warm, intuitive, and playful. I’ll walk with you into the depths, but I’ll never forget your humanity along the way.

This Winter 2027, I’m returning to graduate school to begin the path toward becoming a licensed therapist, deepening my clinical training while staying rooted in intuitive, embodied, and soul-led ways of working.

If you’re ready to slow down, feel more, and come home to yourself, I’d be honored to guide you there.

Honor To My Teachers

"Be patient toward all that is unsolved in your heart and to try to love the questions themselves like locked rooms and like books that are written in a very foreign tongue. Do not now seek the answers, which cannot be given you because you would not be able to live them. And the point is, to live everything. Live the questions now. Perhaps you will then gradually, without noticing it, live along some distant day into the answer."
