Self Energy Morning Meditation

You're just 10 minutes away from starting your day from the inside out.

THE MEDITATION INCLUDES:

A breathwork practice to settle the nervous system, followed by a visualization where you'll access your Self Energy (that warm, golden light that lives in you always) and use it to meet whatever part of you is showing up this morning.

You'll hold space for that part, let it be seen, & leave with one word to carry into your day like a hand on your own shoulder.

Best done first thing in the morning or anytime you need an injection of Self.
